Terms & conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to [Your Company Name] (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending events, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you disagree, do not use our services or access our events.

2. Scope of Services

  • We host music events and sell tickets for those events.

  • We also offer ticketing services for third-party events (“Third-Party Events”) as an agent or reseller.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or 13+ with parental consent) under California and federal law to use our services. If under 18 without consent, you may not use our services.

4. Ticket Purchase & Usage

  • Tickets are sold subject to availability and at final prices (including fees and taxes).

  • Delivery, refund, and rescheduling policies vary by event—refer to event-specific terms.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted. Reproducing or falsifying tickets is prohibited.

  • Reselling your ticket above face value or through unauthorized channels is forbidden and may result in voiding.

5. Third-Party Events

For third-party events:

  • We act solely as an agent or reseller, not organizer or guarantor of those events.

  • Event organization, policies, cancellations, and liability are governed by the third party.

  • Refunds, if offered, must align with the third party’s terms—you must contact them where applicable.

6. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refunds

If the Company cancels or postpones an event:

  • We’ll notify you and offer refund or rescheduled dates per event policy.

  • If an event is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, government mandate), you may receive refund, credit, or rescheduling based on policy.

For Third-Party Events:

  • Company follows the organizer’s policy regarding cancellations and refunds—those policies apply.

7. Price Changes & Fees

Prices may change due to dynamic pricing or demand. We reserve the right to adjust prices, fees, or ticket types at any time before purchase.

8. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process personal data (e.g. name, contact, payment info) under our Privacy Policy. We retain data consistent with California law (including CCPA). You retain rights to access, delete, or restrict sale of your personal information.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attending our events.

  • For Third-Party Events, we disclaim liability for those events’ management, content, or incidents beyond our control.

  • Tickets are issued “AS-IS” with no warranties from us beyond express terms.

10. Code of Conduct & Venue Rules
